My get-pushed partner, Marie, challenged me to shoot a "landscape shot with something confusing that doesn't really fit the scenery? It may be there in the real world, but you may also put it in there after shooting." I suppose this is more whimsical than confusing. The only landscape shots I took this week were walking back from my office to my car on campus. Pretty bleak looking. So I gussied it up some and put a pig in there for good measure. He really doesn't belong there, so I hope this satisfies the challenge.
The landscape is beautiful. I would definitely say the flying pig is a very confusing portion of the photo. I want to ask you which one of your pigs this is but for the life of me can’t remember how to spell either of their names!
@grammyn Ha ha ha Amazing what a couple of multicolor overlays can do for a drab campus parking lot. My pigs are Mochyn (Welsh for pig) and Maiale (Italian for pig) Maiale says she too is Welsh, but Mochyn grabbed the Welsh name so she settled for Italian — a very nice name we hasten to add. We don’t want to alienate any Italians on 365.
@mcsiegle Hi Mary, we’re get pushed partners coming week. How about for your challenge be inspired by the quote: 'The hills and the sea and the earth dance. The world of man dances in laughter and tears.’ - Kabir
