Welcome to my 365 Project. Look into the windows of my world, one photo at a time. As I find my way around this website, I wander through strangers' albums, and I'm so inspired by what I see. I hope to learn from the many experienced and experimental photographers. I have so much to learn!

Many talented people here inspire me, some with views of their cities, countrysides, seascapes, and more. They have prompted me to go out into my own region to capture sights that are ordinary to me but that I now realize may be appreciated by others throughout the world. Others inspire me with their clear, crisp, and colorful closeups. I have attempted some up-close shots that I wouldn't have done without the inspiration of 365ers' stunning work. Several people here have inspired me to take risks with every day things about me. Many of my summer and fall shots were taken in my own backyard, and now with winter upon us, I search inside the house for subjects that I would never have considered without the inspiration of so many creative photographers.

What I love most about this project is to linger on the views seen first-hand by 365 friends from around the world. Being able to see your sights through your lenses is so much more personal and meaningful--especially with the accompanying commentaries--than looking at pictures in magazines and on the web. This appreciation and joy has inspired me to share my sights in northwest Indiana in the US, even those I tend to take for granted.
