I love to cook. That is the worst part of working full time...I don't have the energy to cook when I come home at the end of a long day ...so I really enjoy cooking on the weekends. I am gaining weight too - :) Tonight I made Stuffed Pork Loin - oh, it was good. I think the real reason I like cooking so much is that I love eating good food!
