When I was young I used to pick these from the hedgerows, juicy and sweet. Now I have to buy them (not so juicy and sweet) at a ridiculously high price from the supermarket though I try to hold out until they are available at the farmers markets.
Delicious! What are you going to make with them? We have a huge blackberry bush in the garden at home, mum always gets a bumper crop so it's blackberry and apple crumble and blackerry jam all round!
