Ballet nymphs in the canola! by gilbertwood

Ballet nymphs in the canola!

Driving to Melbourne to attend the ballet, we stopped beside a canola field for me to take my daily photo. One thing lead to another and my friends ended up playing in the canola to make the shot more interesting!
You found one. Fantastic shot, and a big fave of course.

@karlow75 Thanks Kane. Found several but always looking for a feature to go with them! The girls obliged!! There was an old windmill in the distance which i started photographing, then....the rest is history! Never mind, I'll hopefully get it next week on my next trip back to Melb :)

@lealady Thanks for lovely words! Canola is a rapeseed that is harvested for the edible oils in the seeds. Used in margarine etc.
@kathiecb @sansjuan @eyesmile @kevinkrueger @jules13 Thanks for enjoying our fun photo :)

Great shot Denise. I guessed that this must be rapeseed oil plant. I am so envious of you going into spring/summer as we decline into autumn/winter.
Thanks for the follow.
