Mature Hops by megpicatilly

Mature Hops

On 30th April, I posted a photograph of very young hops in their early stage of growth and said that they needed to reach the top of their strings by 21st June to produce a good crop. Went back today to see if they have - looks like beer supply will be good this year!
Good news for many!!!

Well done for going back to give us an update. All in the interest of photography of course, nothing to do with the beer

@laurieewilson The actual hops haven't grown yet, these are just the plants. The hops are harvested in September and the air is filled with a heady scent!
