My detox/diet is going well and I believe its thanks to these gorgeous berries - you gotta love raspberries.

Raspberries are my ultimate favourite of all berries and not something we get to often here in South Africa, except from our top supermarket. I am heading over to your side of the world next month and have begged my Aunt for her berry pie. Lovely capture Megsy, it makes my mouth water.
