These carp kites were photographed from a recent Baguio trip. We went to this place called Tam-Awan Village, and they have these hanging above what appears to be a wishing pond.
From what i've red, carp kites are commonly seen in Japan on Children's Day and are believed to represent strength and determination of spirit.
I love Baguio. I would like to stay there for good if I could. @imc
