Why can't I see your eye?

This little lady would not open her eye for me. Maybe she's camera shy. Manual mode shot thru the viewfinder with the hood lens. 55-200 lens.
Editing consisted of a small crop in Photoscape. Maybe a bit overexposed?

Yes I think a little over exposed, but still a nice capture of a nice little woodpecker.
