Not the best photo due to being a distance away as to not scare him/her. From what I can find on Google, this is a Gray Squirrel in a "rare" color phase which is why the tail is white. Hopefully they stick around and I can get a better photo.
This could be a better photo if you cropped out a lot of the foreground and much of the left side so that your subject has some space to move in the photo. That is, get the squirrel on the left third of the frame. Then, maybe you could use photo editing to brighten the shadows.
