Vexatious

Today's prompt of "One Word" comes from
http://captureyour365.com/are-you-ready-for-a-photography-challenge-january-2019/

This photo was shot in manual mode with manual focus and then converted to black and white in www.ribbet.com
I like this shot. Looks very relaxing.

A nice clear photo. I like the details of the bubble wrap. The word, vexatious, was new to me, so I looked it up and began chuckling. In law, the word denotes an action or the bringer of an action that is brought without sufficient grounds for winning, purely to cause annoyance to the defendant. I can hear someone popping those bubbles causing the stress level of others in the room to go up immediately. I would say you captured that theme.

@cirasj
Thank you. Relaxing would be the opposite of Vexatious, but I understand that popping bubble wrap can be relaxing for some people.

@randystreat
Thank you for your kind words. I suppose I should have included the definition in my caption, otherwise the photo might not make sense. I will have to remember that.

The perfect shot for the word!

I also looked up the word, although if I had thought about it for a minute, I would have gotten it. I believe I have read the word "vexing" somewhere in an old novel.
