So today I reset the shooting settings on my camera since I was still haven't issues with my new lens and I don't even remember what the settings were or why they were set as such. The photos were looking a tiny bit better and then....I realized there was still a protective film on part of the lens. YAY MELISSA! Those actions seem to be have made a good bit of difference.
Manual mode. Autofocus. Editing consisted of two crops in ribbet.
