I was given this schlumbergera in full bloom just before Christmas. So I thought it was a Christmas cactus. All the flowers died/dropped off and then round about Easter it was full of buds again so I thought it was an Easter cactus! Here it is today on the wet room window almost in full bloom again:-) I like the hint of pink on the white tiles on the wall.
Lovely composition, the flower colour is so dynamic in comparison to the rest of the photo, then there's that reflection of the sunlight through the window, adding a little intrigue. I'm impressed and it's a Fav for me!
I was given one exactly the same for Christmas which has done the same thing! Maybe it's the weather. I love this. It's like a picture within an offset frame. Great composition xx
