Yorkshire Moors

A chilly start to the holiday although it was good to be all together and outdoors too. We drove through the moors and stopped at Goathland where the train station was the one used in the first Harry Potter film as Hogsmeade and the village used as the set for Aidensfield in Heartbeat, we didn't know this when we arrived but plenty of other people did, it got quite busy after we had been there for a while! We drove through to Whitby, then back along some minor roads, boy there's some super big hills round here! We have been watching a little owl from the cottage this evening, it's just a bit too far away to capture on camera, maybe tomorrow!
