Looks Like Hard Work, But Fun

We decided to spend our 45th wedding anniversary in Mandurah rather going to the city. While walking along the foreshore we noticed two guys playing around with this interesting contraption. At one stage this fellow actually managed to stand up for a little while. It was very windy which would have made maintaining balance pretty tricky.
