Bumboat on the Singapore River_DSC6631

The bumboats were originally used for transporting goods and cargo in he early days of Singapore's history. They were vital for driving trade along the Singapore River for over 150 years. Now they carry passengers out to enjoy the views along the river.
Super shot.

@pyrrhula Thank you. I love the building in the background. It was erected in 1934 as the Hill Street Police Station and Barracks. It now houses the Ministry of Communications and Information and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
