Matthew's Jacaranda_DSC7641

Today has been pretty busy. This morning we had the pleasure of attending our younger granddaughter, Ivy's, Pre Primary Christmas concert, followed by morning tea. Then it was off to our son, Matthew's to pick up our caravan (It doesn't fit too well at our place). I had a chance to play with my 50mm lens while we there.
Graham's sister and her husband arrived for lunch, just after we got home and spent the afternoon with us and the evening has been spent getting the caravan ready to go away tomorrow.
We are heading down to Manjimup for the Cherry festival. I'm looking forward to feasting on cherries straight from the orchard.
I do so love the Jacarandas when they are in full bloom.

@deborah63 Me too, I'm glad that Matthew's trees are still quite small. Mine is so big that I can't get a decent shot of the flowers :)
