Venus Bay Lookout, Eyre Peninsular_DSC5689

Tonight we are in Elliston, another small coastal town on the Eyre Peninsular. We called in at some beautiful bays on the way here from Streaky Bay. The costal clifftop drive around Elliston was also stunning, even though the colours were muted because it was so overcast.
Very beautiful scene and capture

Sometimes overcast weather helps to make the colours more evident. I think the colours in that cliff face are lovely.

Great scene against black - such fascinating cliffs. Loved your postcard I received yesterday with the dancing spider orchard - what beautiful colors.

@gigiflower some of the cliffs had "goat tracks" that surfers used to get down to the water. I wasn't game to get close enough to the edge to find out 😀
