Although the palace was closed today, we were able to wander around the gardens. We have tickets for the palace tomorrow and will spend more time in the gardens because we barely scratched the surface.

It is an amazing place. I have been watching the series on tv. So much history. I visited in 1984. Seems so long ago.

@bh365project unfortunately we didn’t make it into the palace. The queues were horrendous. People queued for an hour and a half when the palace opened and it got worse as the day went on.
