This evening we had a Christmas barbecue with my camera club. I had hoped for some beach side, sunset shots, but that wasn't to be, so I checked the December word list. Trying to take photos of baubles at 9.30 pm wasn't a really idea.
I've had this Christmas bell since 1973 and although I no longer put it on my tree because the colour scheme is wrong, I can't bear to throw it away.

What a beautiful bell - and I would not be able to throw it away either! My trees never have a colour scheme so that beauty would take a place of honour way out in front!
