Lucy came to my rescue again today. I only managed to find a couple minutes with my camera in what has been a pretty rough day.
My dear friend has just been diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I hope to continue posting photos but I may struggle to keep up with viewing and commenting on your images over the next few weeks as we all come to terms with her illness and treatment plan.
I’m so, so sorry to hear about your friend’s diagnosis Merrelyn. What a shock. I hope she responds well to her treatment plan and defies the odds. I’m sure all your 365 friends will be thinking of her.

We have been friends for 40 years and she is a good deal older than me so the diagnosis is very worrying. Her first round of chemo starts tomorrow and I hope that it won't be too taxing for her.
