This is a scene from the "Battle of Georgian Bay" 1812 reenactment event that my husband and I participated in this weekend. Here, the British are retaking Discovery Harbour, Penetanguishene, from the American forces. Soon after, the Americans surrendered. Over 600 reenactors participated in this event.
