I am not sure if you can see th eperson on the beach walking the dogs.. Its pretty dark in this shot.

I have to agree with Mike @runningbk This is a stunning photo, the man on the beach helps to balance it out , the lighting is amazing too, but I also find the border distracting, I think its just the lighter band closer to the image thats doing it.
