I am a mother of 4 handsome boys & one beautiful girl, in Illinois living somewhere between the bright lights of Chi-Town & the broad fields at the WI border. I have always had a passion for photography, since I was young. I have always had a camera on me, I think the 1st was an old polaroid, then a 110 camera in Grade School & Jr High. I used to drag them to school with me when ever there was film in them.
There are times when I see something just begging me to photograph it & when I am unable to, like on a drive where I am pressed for time, it almost physically hurts.
I love taking pictures of almost anything & yes my kids are some of my favorite subjects but I am going to try to do more than just make this another family album.
A friend of mine did this in 2009 & I thought it was an amazing idea.
I can't wait to see what comes out of this project.
