Another story here. This mockingbird and I have become buddies I guess. You'll note the angle this was shot from - directly below the tree. (Glad he behaved himself) Doesn't seem to be the least bothered by my being there talking to him not 6 feet under him. I'm having to hug the base to shoot between branches - and to keep from falling in the creek. The tree is right on the edge. Have seen him several times now and he never flies off when I approach.
