I've never seen a flower like this before - it's a Western Marsh Spider Lily (I googled it to find out what it was) - I see why the reference to spiders with all those extensions! There were two groups of them hidden among the taller plantings at the nature center.
Oh my, it's a beauty and I like it a lot. I still see little dewdrops on the plant which enhances the pic and it gives it a fresh cool look! Great shot

Very pretty and original. I took photos of flowers one day that I have no idea what it is. Perhaps I'll use it today for my shot & see if someone knows.
