What is it about power lines that these birds are so attracted to - sure doesn't give a nice setting! Showed off his tummy well. Guess I'll take this Meadowlark wherever he'll stay put long enough.
What an attractive bird! I've never seen a Meadowlark in person, but I sure hope to someday. Those dappled feathers are quite striking, and the bright yellow breast stuns! You captured the Meadowlark beautifully with that pretty blue sky behind.
