Had to really get down low to aim through the weeds and leaves to catch this wood satyr - first I've seen this year. And since nothing else appeared, I sure needed to catch him!!
@mbrutus I sit with 3 well used books next to my computer - the Stokes Field Guide to Birds of North America (someone on 365 told me about that one) , the NWF Field Guide to Insects and Spiders of North America, and a book on Ozark (in the case the region) Wildflowers. Between the three I can find most of them with work :)
