Lucy took me down to Scusset Beach near Plymouth - told her one thing I had wanted to do was walk barefoot in the sand and wade in the ocean. Got to do both.

Lovely! Of course, you just have to dip your feet into the water! I nearly froze to death on New Years Day one year when we took our son to Panama City Beach. It was icy cold, but we all walked barefoot on the sand and dipped our toes into the surf.
