Oldest Standing Building in Ft. Smith

This is the commissary building at the Ft. Smith National Historic Site. It was built in 1838 to store supplies and rations for soldiers farther west - later used as barracks and a hospital and finally as a residence for court officials.
Neat looking building. Nice capture.

Imposing building. Great architecture for what was largely a barn 8-)

Lovely building. Made me smile that your oldest building was built in 1838, I forget that you are relatively young country.
