Busy at Work

The utility company is not going to be happy! You see where they've tried to prevent these guys from working - actually there were two more of the pileated woodpeckers on top working but couldn't get them all in the shot.

Awesome capture. Can't believe that there were 4 of them up there. Not sure that screen is going to do a whole lot of good. Guess it might keep them from making rally large holes.

Great find and capture. I do not think that the mesh is going to keep the woodpeckers out. I agree with the others. There must be some insects in that pole.
