Tiptoeing on Ice

Almost slid - parts of the Arkansas River have frozen (first time I can remember) and he was hurrying to get away from me. Pretty dirty feathers today!

Oh my goodness- white on white. Very pretty despite the muddy feathers. There was a brown Pelican in CT recently, and two women rescued it and flew it back to Jupiter, FL in a private plane!
