Usually these killdeer are walking so quickly, but he was actually strolling along the retaining bricks at the pond. Looks like he's pushing off on that toe.
He's doing the Hokey Pokey...you put your right foot forward!!!!! I love these little birds with the huge eyes and ring around their necks!! We have a lot of them over at the horse farm. I haven't been able to get a good shot of them though, like you said they sure are quick!! This is an awesome capture and fantastic details and clarity!! FAV!
Hey again! Love this photo!!! Just wanted to let you know the Barlett pears do not smell anything but good!! LOL If they lay on the ground too long they ferment and than they stink!!
