My cheerful Gerbera Daisies

Had to rely on these again - put it into my old Adobe Elements and used the dry brush with it lightly. Still haven't figured out the problem with the Photoshop Filter Gallery - though know it started after an Adobe Update.

@mbrutus Still haven't gotten to the bottom of the problem - found a way to go around it though with an older version of Photoshop - use it just occasionally to soften out details when I want that look.
