Never got out of the house today - swelling in the eye has gone down some - now if the swelling in the ring finger would do the same I'd be happier. Have more colors than the rainbow! This is another from last week - liked the patterns in the ice. Hopefully more normal activities tomorrow.
Good to hear that you're on the road to recovery. I think you are fortunate to have avoided any broken bones. Love those patterns in that delicate ice sheet.
This shows how fragile ice can be. I’m glad you are recovering. I guess it’s too late to do the ice water plunge for your ginger. When they are hurt my dr said fill a glass with ice water and hold your finger in the water for as long as you can. Two, three times a day. I don’t think it would hurt and could very well help the swelling. Hope you continue to improve!
@louannwarren Thanks for the thought - I had started icing it immediately every couple of hours and I'm still doing it. When I'm sleeping it still swells. Hopefully soon.
