And So Starts Another Week. . .

Our schools have all closed for at least two weeks - and the next 4 days are 80-100% chance of rain. With so little warning, I feel sorry for the parents who still have to work. Guess I get extra Jerik time :)
Start the list of indoor activities now- he'll be keeping you on your toes! Pretty shot.

Great capture...I'm not sure of Jerik's age. My 8-year-old great niece was assigned two-weeks worth of school work and her mom is luckily working from home.

Neat looking flower. Great shot. Think all of the schools around here are also shut down for a couple of weeks.

I don’t envy people with small children scrambling to arrange care the next few weeks. Lovely burst of red on this image.

I love this, really beautiful flowers, such a beautiful red. My granddaughter is home from college on spring break and has to take care of her little brother while her mother works. She will also have to help him when school starts because even though he’s 1st grade, they aren’t going to go back to their campuses for at least a month. Her college will probably finish the year with the students doing their work online, from home. Stressful times for everyone right now.

Beautiful shot. Our Spring Break started this Saturday, but they have extended it to two weeks, so I am sure parents here are scrambling for daycare. CSU is having only online classes as well following the break.

The world is going crazy at the moment. The perfect storm. Let's hope for some good news from somewhere, soon! Lovely image!

Lovely image for the day. Yes, it's rough for many right now. But at least if self isolation works and fewer people get sick and die, it will be worth it.

Jerik is so lucky his granny is there to care for him! Our schools are closed too as well as any places who normally have large groups of people gathering in them. Everyone is being careful.

Beautiful image!
Most things except grocery, pharmacy and take out restaurants closed here now. Difficult times. I never thought I would see anything like this in my lifetime.

Hitting our shores now, our government has just closed all schools and public venues. Hope we can contain it at the bottom end of Africa
Striking capture
