Fitting for My Mood by milaniet

Fitting for My Mood

When I took this last week, all I saw was the beauty of the dead hydrangea - today I only see the brown and sad. These times seem to be moving slowly and not improving. Our county was notified of its first CoVid case and you hope so it's not one of our front line folks.
My county has 3 cases right now. That's enough to keep me in. Beautiful dried hydrangea.

Beautiful photo. Just like the hydrangea new life will bloom again. Do what you can to stay healthy to protect others.

Not near as pretty as when they are new, but very interesting looking at this point. Great shot.

Very pretty result -- great pattern shot bringing out the range of tones within the brown family.

Oh, I know these times are hard. This too will pass.

They still look beautiful even in decline. Hope you can stay safe

That makes a surprising pretty and definitely interesting photo. Sorry to hear that the virus has made it to your neck of the woods. You be careful we'll all be taking photos of blooming hydrangeas before you know it.

A nice image, but I hope you can stay safe.

Keep your chin up! I like all of the different shades of brown and the lighting. Thinking of you and sending hugs your way!

Hydrangeas are beautiful in every stage. My goodness it’s odd that this far into the pandemic that you would even have one case, with everyone staying home. I wonder where they contracted it?! Out of your county, obviously.

So much beautiful brown! You know how I feel about that color...

This is a pretty brown. These are one of my favorite flowers when in full bloom.
Take good care Milanie.

I know how you feel. We have many now in our area - joys of being on the edge of London - and too many friends down with it and one in ICU. But at the end of the day, this is a storm and it will pass. Just hold on.

Times are tough but I still see the beauty in this.

Keep safe.

We are locked down having had our worst day yet with 758 dead in one day, this photo is lovely but also suits my mood.

Aww, times certainly are challenging right now; and a roller coaster of emotions is understandable. We're all in this together. ♥

Lovely

Great tones, textures

I still see the beauty you first saw. So many more are surviving now- although it's not being reported- so I hope that is true in your county as well.

I wax in and out of this mood...so worrisome, sad, discouraging, heart rending. These are beautiful and poignant
