BOB. Saw lots of monarch flying but none that landed - anywhere. These purple flowers though did seem to attract several smaller butterflies down by the river. Always liked the buckeye's patterns.
Gorgeous capture of this beautiful, interesting butterfly. How good that you're still seeing butterflies. Our temperatures have cooled off here, and I haven't seen one lately. They are such a joy to behold.
