I Know They're Not Good - But ...

I really do love the Bradford Pears that are all around the area I walk. To me, they shout spring is here in Ozark. They're invasive and smell awful when the blossoms start to drop, but I can't stop from shooting them!

This is like the blossoms on my aristocrat pear. They do smell awful during their bloom but are so pretty...like clusters of popcorn! Fav.

They are beautiful in the spring. We have a Japanese Plum across the street with very similar blooms. I don’t think it has the bad reputation that the Bradford Pears have.
