This is for @jyokota who suggested I try cropping my dewy weed from the other day vertically - I did and it came out quite well, but rather than post the same picture I'm posting the one next to it that I also cropped. Thanks for the idea.

I do love the details in the closeup! But I also see why you chose the other weed originally for its tall, thin shape. Now, comparing the two, I see that this one really fills up the black space. Hmmm . . . what do you think, on another day when you need a filler, going for a square of the original, leaving black space to the left and upper part? I really wish I had seen these weeds - you can tell they fascinate me and I would have taken a lot of photos of them! Beautifully captured. Certainly holding my attention!
