Not posting this for its "technical" qualities - that's for sure. But for the two years Bill and I made frequent trips by this area on the way to the doctors, we'd never seen it with the wildflowers they'd talked about. This is called Cherokee Prairie Natural Area near Charleston, Arkansas and finally found it with lots of flowers - as far as the eye could see there were black eyed susans with some cone flowers scattered here and there and a few purple somethings. Just wanted proof there really were wildflowers there. I walked out in it just a little way - thinking ticks with every step!
