Another shot of the mighty tree

My husband and I went on a photo shoot at a park yesterday and this tree really impressed me. There were not too many people in the park because of all the snow and it was pretty cold. Okay, now I like this picture better than my other one so I'm switching this one to my main album. I'm so fickle. LOL

I am really confused. I thought I commented on this the other day?? Anyway, it's really a beautiful shot and love how the dark paved road contrast with all the beautiful snow. Is that a birch tree?

@cimes1 Thank you Carole. You actually did comment on this tree before. I had another shot of the tree and liked it better so I put this one in my second album and used the other shot in this album, if that makes any sense. LOL I thought it might be a birch tree but I'm not sure.
