When I took this shot, I thought it was a spider in the middle there, but after downloading it and looking at it on the computer screen, I see that it seems to be some unidentified catch for spider's lunch. Eck! Although, why would spider's lunch be in the center of the web. I guess it's a mystery.
We have spiders here that are real tiny and they sit right in the middle of the web, don't move, until something hits their web. Maybe this is the same kind and something hit the bulls eye? LOL It's a great shot and details of the web and maybe it's dinner? FAV!
I don't think the spider would care if the catch is in the middle or at the edge, as long as he fills his stomach. Wonderful capture with great clarity.
