LOL My son in law had brought some small fireworks he bought to set off in our yard on July 4th and this was one of the bigger ones. We were all startled as to how close it got to us while sitting on the patio but we had a foot or two to spare. Phew!
Nice shot and they do come close to you. Nice photo, Marilyn. We had a lot of illegal fireworks on the 4th blown off in and around our neighborhood. It was like a war zone for hours. My sons girlfriends car was parked in our driveway and her car alarm went off. Then we heard others as well in our neighborhood. They were blowing them off over houses into the sky above. So scary and kept the police busy on the ground and in the sky in helicopters. Have never had anything near this happen. You have to be careful and have a big open area that possibly has been wet down.
Fabulous photo, but they can be scary. We had fireworks going off all over our neighborhood. Thankfully, our new dog didn't mind them. He even looked out the window and watched! LOL!
