Dandelion heaven

The dandelions are in full bloom around here right now. This was taken in a nearby park. So, are dandelions flowers or weeds. Whichever they are, you can never get rid of them. LOL The never ending battle of keeping the dandelions from taking over.

This is so beautiful! My father in law once made Dandelion Wine. It was so, so sweet! But it is a good use for all of those dandelions!

Pretty shot- ah the poor dandelion. It is a wildflower but since it's invasive it has garnered the woeful title of "weed" as well. Still, when photographing them you can't help but see how pretty they are.

We don't like them in our lawn! They get dug up immediately, but I love them out in the fields. My Grandma used to say "a weed is just a plant in the wrong place."
