Forsythia by mittens

Forsythia

It's so nice to start seeing some color outside. Spring has sprung.
We have LOTS of this lovely plant in Oldmeldrum!
William Forsyth was a Scottish botanist - born in Oldmeldrum.
He was a royal head gardener and a founding member of the Royal Horticultural Society. A genus of flowering plants, Forsythia, is named in his honour.
