I love it, Marilyn. How wonderful to have such a beautiful memory of him. My dad was a "wannebe" artist of his own - mainly doodles and cariatures. I wish he would have tried his hand at painting an actual picture....guess he never had time.

@cimes1 Thank you Carole. Actually my dad painted when he was younger and then got away from it, too, because he was too busy and then he took it up again after he retired. This one was painted after he retired. It sounds like your dad was talented, too.
