Street near the Ohio River

On one of our drives, we ended up by the Ohio River and this was a street right next to where we stopped. It looks deserted but there was a car at the end of the street. This was is West Virginia. Sometimes we drive farther that we think. LOL.

A classic American main street- one style of building right next to another. I wonder what town it is. It feels like I've been there!

@mittens Yes!! I have been there- Wellsburg was about 15-20 minutes from Bethany where I went to college. It's funny- I looked at that red and blue building and thought, "I've been there!"
