In the morning, just after sunrise, the view to the Bernese Alps from my balcony. (With a big lens!). Clearly visible the treesome of Mönch, Eiger and Jungfrau. The darkish north face of the Eiger Mountain is good visible.
You always knew I was going to fav this Mona. What a magnificent view from your balcony and what wonderful memories those three words, Monk, Eiger and Jungfrau bring back for me. Thanks for posting

It is really a wonderful vista, if there is a clear view. Which is rare. The treesome of Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau are 50 kilometers away (as the crows fly) and because of the many waters, we often have thick fog creeping around in winter. But this winter is special. Far from normal, it is to warm and we have not a lot of snow. But thanks again for the nice comments.
Brings back lots of lovely memories of when we did the trip up the Eiger and did the glacier walk across to the monk or jungfrau (can't remember which one the train goes up to and which one has the restaurant) How I long to do this trip again. I do miss Switzerland. You are so lucky to live in such a beautiful country. Fav
