Preparing meringues with blueberries

And nope! this whisk is not safe to lick. The cream contains raw white egg, and so possibly Campylobacter, Salmonella entiritis (SE) and many other bacteria, I personally would not eat it raw like this. But in an hour or so it is the most delicious meringue...and all safe.

Great image. I completely understand your text. I get frustrated by all those possible infections when all I wanna do is lick a whisk, as I usually did when I was a kid. Where was salmonella then? I don't even eat ice cream at unknown places.
